Ryan Hale started framing houses at the age of 15 years old and continued that line of work while in college at ATM University. At the age of 21, he decided to start his own framing crew, and at the age of 25 he built his first house as a general contractor. Within a few years, Ryan started his own custom cabinet and trim business. Hale Custom Cabinets eventually evolved into the well-developed new custom home construction business, Acadian Builders. Ryan started the Acadian Pools division in 2015 after multiple requests for complete backyard projects in addition to home projects.
Ryan has always believed in surrounding himself with people who are smarter and more talented because there is always something new to learn. The caliber of projects Acadian Pools encounter are never too big or even too small. Ryan takes pride in every job and aspect of building someone's dream backyard.
Landon Wright began his career in construction in 2004 working as a construction manager for two of Houston’s largest home builders. Within 18 months at Royce Homes, he was consistently ranked as a "Top Ten Builder". Due to changes within the housing market in Houston, Landon decided to move to Beaumont and worked in Outside Sales at Coker’s Doors and Moulding. Landon and Ryan formed a working relationship over the next 7+ years as sales person & builder. Landon’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, and leadership. Landon feels the experience he has gained being on both the sales and builder side of the industry assists Acadian Builders/Pools and the customer during the construction process. He and his wife, Allison, have two children. In his free time, he enjoys coaching youth sports and being a “Dance Dad”.
